Sponsorship of our Annual Meeting will be a mutually beneficial partnership. Your company gains exposure to veterinary laboratory diagnosticians while your support allows AAVLD to offer a superior event.

Platinum Sponsorship – $10,000

• Room provided from 12:00-1:00 pm on Friday  or  Sunday for sponsor presentation.
• Article in August or September newsletter prior to meeting ($1,000 value).
• Signage announcement of meeting at exhibit area entrance.
• Logo and sponsorship acknowledgement in newsletters leading up to conference.
• Option for company to provide post card in attendee bags to announce seminar.
• Free 10x10 booth space in exhibit area ($1,300 value).
• Booth placement priority.
• Live on-stage mention during plenary session.
• Logo on signage displayed in the registration area.
• Logo with link on AAVLD website.
• Thank you acknowledgement in the conference program.

• Room provided for 30 minute presentation either from 6:00-6:30 pm  or  6:30-7:00 pm Saturday after exhibits close.

• Logo and sponsorship acknowledgement in newsletters leading up to conference.
• Option for company to provide post card in attendee bags to announce seminar.

• Prime exhibit space next to food and beverage in exhibit hall over 2 days.
• Two articles in AAVLD newsletter - You provide an article for the August 2015 newsletter; and one for the January 2016 newsletter ($2,000 value).
• Logo and sponsorship acknowledgement in newsletters leading up to conference.
• Option for company to provide post card in attendee bags.
• Live on-stage mention during plenary session.
