** Please note that all registrations must be submitted online. A new registration system is in place this year, so please note the process to get your account established. Registration options are constructed to cater to your membership status, so hopefully making the process simple and efficient for you. Please take a moment to read the primer on the registration meeting page.**

A few important notes before you begin:

1.   Online registration is required.  No fax or mailed forms will be accepted. You may pay by credit card, or an option is provided to register and mail a check.

2.   The registration system is not compatible with Internet Explorer - you will need to use Microsoft Edge, Chrome or Firefox.

3.   Accounts are tied to your email address. To begin, you will select “Account Lookup – New User”. You may search by your email or full name and state. Once the account has been matched, you will enable it, a default password will be emailed to you. You can then select the sign-in option, and proceed with registration.

4.   If you have difficulty finding your account, or your email address has changed in the last year, please contact USAHA with your new information (do not create a new account), we will be happy to assist with matching your account.  If you are new to USAHA/AAVLD, you may use the "Register" option to create your account.

Once you’re logged in:

5.   You will see a list of forms – please select the appropriate form (Registration or Student Registration).

6.   The system is centered on your membership status, which will be displayed within your account. This is based on the latest USAHA and AAVLD dues information. Selections will be limited based upon your classification. If you encounter an error that you believe is incorrect, please notify us.
