Types of rooms available:
$164 Royal Palm Tower – these rooms have been renovated. There are 3 choices, 1 or 2 beds or a premium room (a room on a higher floor).
$149 Garden Rooms –
Standard - 1 or 2 beds in quaint two-story bungalows; 250 sq ft; east side of resort.
Garden - 1 or 2 beds in quaint two story bungalows; 275 sq ft in the heart of resort.
$149 Government rate rooms - in the Regency Tower; the government rates are evaluated every year; the rate can change October 1, 2017. Regardless of when the reservation is made, the prevailing government rate on October 1, 2017, will be charged.

HOTEL RESERVATION DETAILS
- 48 hour cancellation notice prior to arrival date to avoid a one night room and tax charge.
- Applicable Taxes: 13.1%.
- $12 parking fee per car per night.
- Fitness and spa services at Bell Tosca Day spa 10% off spa services.
- Hotel Services Fee is waived for group.
- Check-in 4:00 pm Check-out 11:00 am.
CANCELLATION
One night room rate and tax will be charged at time of reservation as a deposit – this is refundable if cancellation is at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

If any members are contacted by a company claiming to be the official housing bureau for AAVLD and USAHA DO NOT volunteer any information. They may tell you the room block is sold out and quote a rate at another hotel, claiming that this is an official room block and that members must reserve through them to get discounted rates.
